MISSION
Together Moving Forward is a podcast created to help LGBTQ people move from survival to self-love and live with Pride.
Hosted by Stef Vachon, a queer French-Canadian, the podcast creates a safe and welcoming space for authentic stories and honest conversations about identity, healing, resilience, self-love, self-respect, healthy boundaries, relationships, belonging, and Pride.
Through real stories, inspiring guests, personal reflections, and practical tools, Together Moving Forward reminds LGBTQ people that they are not alone, that their identity is something to honor—not something to fix—and that it is never too late to reconnect with who they truly are.
The podcast is for LGBTQ people of every age and every stage of life, including Two-Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, pansexual, nonbinary, and other diverse identities within our community.
Because sometimes, hearing someone say “I’ve been there” can be the beginning of healing.
My hope is to reach as many people as possible, everywhere in the world, and create a community where people feel seen, heard, respected, supported, and proud of who they are.
Because I know what it feels like to wish someone had been there when I was young.
Together Moving Forward exists to be that voice for someone today.
And ultimately, our message is simple:
You are not alone. You belong. You are worthy of love and respect. And together, we can keep moving forward.
